The Missouri Gateway for Environmental Management (MoGEM) online portal is used by the regulated community to conduct business with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. This portal is a login mechanism which allows the regulated community access to a centralized location to manage e-services for its organization within MoGEM.
The current e-services available in MoGEM are listed below. Services will continue to be added to allow additional permitting and reporting. In order to use these services you must register though the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Shared CROMERR Services (SCS) or log in to MoGEM with existing credentials.
If you need assistance, or are experiencing issues with MoGEM, please fill out a MoGEM App Issues Concern Form.
Starting June 15, 2026, the access portal for WIMS 2.0 is transitioning from the SCS portal above to the Missouri Gateway for Environmental Management (MoGEM) OKTA portal. Well and pump installation contractors wishing to apply for permits or submit records in WIMS must create an OKTA account in order to use these functions. This applies to all new and existing users.
Be sure to visit the department's Data and e-Services webpage to learn more about other ways the department collects, stores, processes, produces and uses environmental data.
