
The Missouri Gateway for Environmental Management (MoGEM) online portal is used by the regulated community to conduct business with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. This portal is a login mechanism which allows the regulated community a centralized location to manage e-services for your organization within MoGEM.
The current e-services available in MoGEM are listed below. Services will continue to be added to allow further permitting and reporting. In order to use these services you must register though the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Shared CROMERR Services (SCS) or log in to MoGEM with existing credentials.

- Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMR) -
- Electronic Permitting - Apply for a Land Disturbance Stormwater General Operating Permit
- Geologic Evaluation Data Gateway Exchange (GeoEDGE) - Request and track a new geohydrologic evaluation or review a completed evaluation for residential housing developments and wastewater treatment facilities
- Hazardous Waste Generator Reporting - File Generator’s Hazardous Waste Summary Report and the Facility Summary Reports
- Land Reclamation Information System (LRIS) - Apply for an Industrial Minerals Permit
- Low-level Radioactive Waste Shipment Payments - Pay fees related to shipping low-level radioactive waste in or through Missouri
- Sanitary Sewer Overflow/ Bypass Reporting - Report sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) and bypasses from treatment works or collection systems
- Well Information Management System (WIMS 2.0) - Apply for a well driller's permit, register drill rigs and other vehicles, complete online testing, submit certification and registration reports and request variances, casing point depths and investigation
