The Missouri Department of Natural Resources works in partnership with a statewide network of 18 local community action agencies and non-profit agencies to provide weatherization services for low-income families of Missouri. These agencies work to reduces energy cost for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes, while ensuring their health and safety. Funding for the agencies is provided through annual grants from Missouri's Low-income Weatherization Assistance Program.
