The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is working on a number of exciting initiatives. The ongoing Roadmap to Resilience project, funded through a competitive grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Energy, involves work with Rolla, St. James and Stockton to plan for resilience and develop a toolkit for other small- and medium-sized communities. The department is also undertaking a stakeholder-driven Missouri State Energy Planning (MoSEP) process and is working to save taxpayers money and reduce energy use by collaborating on energy efficiency upgrades in state facilities.
