The Missouri Department of Natural Resources' annual Census of Missouri Public Water Systems report provides detailed information about individual Missouri public water systems. This includes both community and noncommunity water systems regulated by the department. In addition to an inventory of the water systems, the report includes the following information:
- Volume (supply capacity)
- Source water type
- Population served
- Select monitoring results
- Types of treatment being used
