Two NI 356 underground storage tanks in the process of being installed

An underground storage tank (UST) is defined as a tank, and any underground piping connected to the tank, that has at least 10% of its combined volume underground. The department's Missouri Underground Storage Tanks database contains a summary of Missouri UST data maintained by the department. This information provides agencies, the public, consultants, regulated facilities and tank owners as a useful look at the UST registration information and other data currently on file with the department.

Click on the link below to download a zipped Microsoft® Access® 2007 ACCDB file containing the database. This is a large file (18 MB), which may result in a long download time for individuals with slow internet connections. The file will import into newer versions of Microsoft® Access®.

The department cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of owner-supplied information contained in the database. Owners of regulated USTs must ensure that the registration on file with the department remains current and accurate. If you discover errors in data that you are an authoritative source, please contact the department's Underground Storage Tanks Section.
