Missouri Revised Statues section 640.090, RSMo applies to certain types of plans. These types of plans include plans to address nonattainment areas and plans to address carbon dioxide emissions from existing sources. The statute requires the department to hold a stakeholder meeting for the plan and develop an implementation impact report. In addition to these requirements, the department also holds community engagement and public outreach meetings during the development process for some plans.
