The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the proposed new Master General Permit MO-QS00000. This permit will cover small start-up, stormwater only, quarries that have no co-located activities/facilities along with quarries that have suspended all industrial activities and have no industrial material stored on site. These industries are currently permitted under MO-G490000, which the department is not renewing. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the new proposed permit.
