This meeting is to discuss the Section 303(d) Listing Methodology Document for the 2028 assessment cycle. The Listing Methodology Document outlines the procedures the department follows for assessing water bodies against Water Quality Standards, and subsequently developing the 303(d) List of Impaired Waters. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss anticipated changes to the Listing Methodology Document and to address a few areas of the document that the department anticipates public interest. The department encourages the public to suggest additional changes, clarifications or new topics to consider for the 2028 Listing Methodology Document during this meeting.
