Separate sealed BIDS for the Service Line Inventory and Replacement will be received by PWSD No. 4 of Cole County, at the office of PWSD No. 4 of Cole County, 7712 Route M, Jefferson City, MO 65101 until 2 p.m. Local Time on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2026 at 2 p.m. at PWSD No. 4 of Cole County, 7712 Route M, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Pre-bid conference is not mandatory.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may ONLY be obtained at the office of American Document Solutions (ADS), 1400 Forum Boulevard, Suite 7A, Columbia, MO 65203, Phone: (573) 446-7768, Fax:
(573) 355-5433, Email: orders@adsmo.net upon payment of a non-refundable deposit. Purchase price is available upon request from American Document Solutions. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be made payable to “ADS” and mailing costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit plus a non-refundable shipping charge, ADS will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by ADS will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from ADS. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than ADS.

This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246.
