The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of Master General Permit MO-G840000 for mine dewatering discharges and stormwater discharges with clay mining, processing, and stockpiles. The current MO-G84 Master General Permit will expire June 30, 2026. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the current permit. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received about the current permit.
