Owens Corning Insulating Systems LLC submitted an application for authority to construct for its plant located in Joplin, Missouri. The department reviewed the application and proposes to issue a Permit to Construct. The department tentatively scheduled a public hearing about the preliminary determination on April 30, 2024.
The department must receive any requests to speak at the hearing by noon, April 22, 2024. The department will cancel this public hearing if no requests to speak are received.
