  • 40-hour work week
  • Flexible work schedule
  • 15 to 21 days of paid annual leave (vacation) per year, based on years of total state service. Team members may accumulate annual leave up to a maximum balance, also based on years of total state service.
    • 0 - 10 years of service = 15 days per year
    • 10 - 15 years of service = 18 days per year
    • 15+ years of service = 21 days per year
  • 15 days paid sick leave per year, with no maximum accrual
  • 13 paid holidays
