The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of Master General Permit MO-R23D000 for stormwater discharges associated with plastics and rubber manufacturing, molding and recycling industries. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the current permit. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received about the current permit.
