A proposed rescission of Code of State Regulations 10 CSR 20-6.011 Fees and new rule, is now available for public review and comment until Oct. 23, 2026. Due to the number of changes to the rule text, the chapter is required to be rescinded and adopted as a new rule. The new rule replaces the fee structure that establishes how the Department of Natural Resources assesses fees authorized by the Missouri Clean Water Law. It sets the procedures for collecting fees from permit holders. Fees are collected for state operating and construction permits, as well as other on demand services.
