The city of Branson, Missouri is requesting bids for the Highway 76 Sanitary Sewer Improvements-Section 1 project. Separate sealed bids will be received at City of Branson West City Hall, 110 Silver Lady Lane, Branson West, MO 65737, until Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work to be performed under the base bid provisions of this contract consists of the following:
Installing 925 linear feet of 4-inch diameter pressure sewer, 6,666 linear feet of 8-inch diameter pressure sewer, 1,099 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 1,983 linear feet of 12-inch diameter gravity sewer, and 36 linear feet of 16-inch diameter gravity sewer; 23 manholes, 258 linear feet of Horizontal Directional Drilling for an 8-inch Pressure Sewer, 300 linear feet of Highway or Road Bore for an 8-inch Carrier Pipe in a 16-inch Casing Pipe, 4-inch Pressure Sewer and 8-inch Gravity Sewer in a 36-inch Casing Pipe, and all other work required for a complete and functioning sewer improvement project.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.

Neither the owner nor engineer have any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of bid information obtained from sources other than as indicated in these documents. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and that the Bidder must comply with the payment of hourly wage rates, including all fringe benefits, as established by Section 290.210-340, RSMo, as amended in 1993, pertaining to the prevailing hourly rate of wages and including fringe benefits, as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A copy of the determination is provided within the Supplemental General Conditions.
Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his base bid which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise and to rebid.
