The city of Moberly, Missouri is requesting bids for the Route JJ Wastewater System project. Separate sealed bids will be received at Moberly City Hall, Council Chambers, 101 W. Reed St., Moberly, MO 65270, until Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, at 2 p.m. local time. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work to be done generally consists of installing approximately 16,500 linear feet of 4-inch force main, three submersible wastewater pumping stations, three generators and appurtenances.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.

Instructions to Bidders
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Aug. 18, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Moberly City Hall. A virtual option for attending is available upon request.
A Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid Price is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the work.
Bidder on the work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
