The city of Warrensburg is requesting bids for the Maguire Street Road Improvements Phase 2 project. Separate sealed bids may be submitted by dropping off in person, sending them electronically, or by mail:
- In Person Submission: Turn in sealed bids at Utility Billing front desk, clearly marked on the envelope: “MAGUIRE STREET ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 - DO NOT OPEN”
- Electronic Submission: Email your bid to cityclerk@warrensburg-mo.com with the subject line: “MAGUIRE STREET ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 - DO NOT OPEN”
- Mailed Submission: Send sealed bid to the City Clerk, clearly marked on the envelope: “MAGUIRE STREET ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 - DO NOT OPEN”
Bids will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 102A S. Holden St., Warrensburg, MO 64093, until Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Municipal Center, 200 S. Holden St., Warrensburg, Missouri.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.
