The city of Belton is requesting bids for the Olson Acres Sewer Improvements project. Separate sealed bids may be submitted to City of Belton, Public Works Facility, 700 Seabee Road, Belton, MO 64012, until Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.

A late bid packet is one received after 10 a.m. at the aforementioned time and place of bid opening. Bids received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a bid to assure themselves that their bid has been received by the City of Belton.
The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Assistant City Manager/ Public Works Director of the city of Belton. That decision shall be final. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder after the aforementioned bid opening.
