The department currently is accepting applications for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Lead Service Line Funding. Originally scheduled to close July 15, 2026, the department will continue to accept applications through Dec. 31, 2026. Through this program, the department offers funding to assist communities with their lead service line planning and replacement projects. Applicants can anticipate both a grant and loan opportunity. The size of the grant component will vary based on the project activity and the applicant’s disadvantaged status. Loan funds are offered at 0% interest.
