The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is making its annual Weatherization State Plan available for public review and comment until April 29, 2026. The department will hold a public hearing about the draft plan before the Missouri Weatherization Policy Advisory Council on April 9, 2026. Please follow the link below for more information.

Box 176, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0176 or by email to weatherization@dnr.mo.gov. Comments submitted by email are limited to 20 MB in size. Comments larger than 20 MB need to be submitted by mail to the address above.
