Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at City Hall, located at 114 W. Maple Street, Plattsburg, Missouri, 64477, until Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 1 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The project includes the following work:
Rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, located in Plattsburg, Missouri. The project generally consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 40,000 LF of 8-inch to 12-inch main sewers and lining associated service lateral connections. It also includes rehabilitation of manholes and replacement of cleanouts with standard manholes.

Prospective bidders desiring copies of plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents can purchase these documents (non-refundable) online at Drexel Technologies in their eDistribution Plan Room at www.drexeltech.com. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from Drexel Technologies or Lamp Rynearson. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Instructions to Bidders
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 3, 2026 at 10 a.m. via Microsoft Teams at the following link https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/27593901737819?p=tsekwnX9iIj8ARIb1Q.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of 5% and shall be payable without condition to the City of Plattsburg, Missouri, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
