The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to update definitions for clarity. When reviewing definitions, some were found to have confusing language that make them difficult to read and understand. Updating these definitions to have more clear and concise language makes the definitions easier to interpret and the rules that use these definitions easier to understand.
