The department will hold a public meeting regarding proposed edits to Standard Conditions Part 1, which are standard conditions incorporated into wastewater operating permits as required by 40 CFR 122.41. These minimum conditions include sampling, monitoring and recording; reporting requirements; bypass and upset requirements; and administrative requirements.
