A proposed amendment to Code of State Regulations 10 CSR 20-6.060 Water Quality Certifications, is now available for public review and comment until Sept. 23, 2025. The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to provide definitions for terms used throughout 10 CSR 20-6.060 that were previously undefined. Addition of these definitions will improve clarity for the Clean Water Act §401 Water Quality Certification process.
