A proposed amendment to Code of State Regulations 10 CSR 20-2.010-Definitions, is now available for public review and comment until Sept. 23, 2025. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. The department will hold a public hearing about the proposed amendment on Sept. 16, 2025. Please follow the link below for more information.

The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to provide revised and additional definitions to terms used across 10 CSR 20-6, 10 CSR20-7, 10 CSR 20-8 and 10 CSR 20-9. Revised and newly added language both aim to improve clarity, while newly added language further aims to consolidate widely referenced terms and standardize their definitions.
