The City of Crocker is requesting bids to remodel existing City Wastewater Treatment Facility, including new headworks, rotors, clarifier, U.V. system, electrical and appurtenances.
Preliminary range of expected construction costs is $2.6 to $3.5 million.
Bids will be received by City of Crocker at City Hall, 108 S. Commercial, PO Box 116, Crocker, Missouri, 65452 until 1 p.m., July 29, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read allowed.

Instructions to Bidders
A pre-bid conference will be held at 1 p.m., July 27, 2025 at City Hall, 108 South Commercial, Crocker, Missouri, 65452. Attendance is not mandatory.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE and WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. This project
