Written comments may be submitted by mail to Air Quality Planning Section Chief, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Air Pollution Control Program, P.O. Box 176, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0176, or online through the Regulatory Action Tracking System. Please include your contact information: name, email address and phone number.
The main purpose of this proposed rescission is to remove an unnecessary rule. The original purpose of this rule was to provide State Implementation Plan (SIP) modeling guidance in lieu of federal guidance. Much of the text in this rule is duplicated in a separate regulation. For additional details please see the rulemaking report.
