The city of Crocker, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory. The full scope of requirements are available at Crocker City Hall, 108 S. Commercial St., Crocker, Missouri or can be requested by email from Heath Neuman at crockerpublicworks@hotmail.com.

All proposals, including price for the services, must be mailed to and received at P.O. Box 116, Crocker, MO 65452 by Friday, April 5, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. local time. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened and read publicly on April 8, 2024, at the City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Request for Proposals

The city of Crocker is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory. The completed lead service line inventory spreadsheet should adhere to 40 CFR 141.84. The district has an estimated 400 service lines.

The city is requesting pricing for several services as part of this project: records review services, in-field verification services and administrative services. Bidders must provide a price on the below proposal form for each service requested. Proposals that fail to provide a price for all services will not be considered. Bidders should be aware that they will be expected to complete forms required by the state funding agency. Additionally, there will be language requirements and forms from the state funding agency that will need to be incorporated into the final contract that is signed by the city and selected bidder.

Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below. The appropriate state and federal wage rates are applicable to this project.
