Nucor Steel Sedalia LLC submitted a Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) air permit amendment application for its plant located in Sedalia, Missouri. The department reviewed the amendment application and proposes to issue a Prevention of Significant Deterioration Construction Permit amendment. The department tentatively scheduled a public hearing about the draft permit on Oct. 5, 2022.
The department must receive any requests to speak at the hearing by noon, Sept. 30, 2022. The department will cancel this public hearing if no requests to speak are received.
