For those attending in person, boxed lunches will be ordered from McAlister's Deli. Each box lunch includes your choice of side, a cookie, a pickle, utensils and a bottle of water at the cost of $12 per person. The choices that are available are:

  1. Harvest Chicken Salad Sandwich – Dressed with leaf lettuce and tomatoes, on a croissant. *This product contains pecans.
  2. Club Sandwich Box – Choose from one of McAlister’s signature Club sandwiches:
    • McAlister’s Club
    • Orange Cranberry Club
    • Club Wrap
    • Veggie Wrap
    • Black Angus Club
    • Cobb Club
    • Grilled Chicken Club or Turkey Croissant
  3. Traditional – Choice of Black Angus roast beef, Black Forest ham, or Butterball smoked turkey on your choice of bread, with lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. The Veggie – Swiss, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and house roasted multicolored peppers on a pita, served with Ranch dressing.
  5. Tuna Salad Sandwich – Dressed with leaf lettuce and tomatoes, on a croissant.
  6. The Memphian – Black Angus roast beef, Black Forest ham, Butterball smoked turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and spicy brown mustard on a 6” multigrain baguette.
  7. Wrap Box – Choose from one of McAlister’s signature wraps:
    • Chicken Caesar
    • Turkey Bacon Ranch
    • Veggie
    • Southwest Chicken

SIDES: Chips, Potato Salad, Fruit Cup, Coleslaw, or Applesauce

In order to give McAlister's Deli adequate notice, please respond to Krista Welschmeyer at krista.welschmeyer@dnr.mo.gov by Sept. 9, 2021. The money for the lunches will need to be collected at the door the morning of the meeting by 10:30 a.m. We will be unable to make change, so please have the exact amount. No checks please. Thank you.
