Other Missouri state agencies represented include the Missouri Department of Transportation, Missouri Department of Economic Development, Missouri Department of Conservation, State Fire Marshall's Office, Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority and Office of Administration. The group evaluates the focus and accomplishments of current scrap tire management and recommends opportunities and changes to law, regulations and department scrap tire management programs.
