Process wastewater discharges from Concentrated Aquatic Animal Production Facilities using flow-through systems, impoundments or recirculating systems. This permit also authorizes the land application of waste solids produced as part of normal operation, cleaning processes or maintenance in these facilities. 

*The department is in the process of renewing this permit. If this permit is issued to your facility, you must apply for renewal of your permit a minimum of 30 days before it expires, so the department can authorize your facility to continue operating in Missouri. You must complete, sign and submit Form E to the appropriate regional office.
