You can electronically submit your responses for available financial assistance opportunities from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources through our Funding Opportunities Portal. This system will guide applicants through the process and provides the applicant the ability to electronically submit funding request information. The applicant can also track their funding request status as it moves through the department's review and award process. Funding recipient can also submit reports and reimbursement requests through the portal.
New Users
New funding portal users must submit a Funding Opportunities Portal Access Request to establish access and use the portal. You will receive notification by email once access to the portal is established. This process can take 24-48 hours.
Submitting a Proposal
After reviewing the financial assistance opportunities on one of the department’s various Financial Assistance Opportunities webpages, download and save the financial assistance forms required by the grant or loan program for which you want to apply. Complete and save all required financial assistance forms.
Electronic Submittal
You can electronically submit your responses for available financial assistance through the Funding Opportunities Portal.
- Begin your request for financial assistance by logging into the Funding Opportunities Portal Login.
- Select the financial assistance program for which you are applying. The system will guide you through the process and allow you to upload your documents.
- Follow the progress of the department’s review of your request through the Funding Opportunities Portal. You will be able to track status changes to your funding request as it is reviewed and awarded.
Mail-In Requests
We hope you choose to use our Funding Opportunities Portal to submit your request, however, if you choose to submit a hard copy, all required information should be sent to the contact indicated in the opportunity documents, by the time specified.
Portal Assistance
