City of Branson Highway 76 Sanitary Sewer Improvements-Section 1 Bid Opportunity, Aug. 20, 2026 to Sept. 24, 2026
The city of Branson, Missouri is requesting bids for the Highway 76 Sanitary Sewer Improvements-Section 1 project. Separate sealed bids will be received at City of Branson West City Hall, 110 Silver Lady Lane, Branson West, MO 65737, until Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. At that time, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work to be performed under the base bid provisions of this contract consists of the following:
Crystal Beach Subdivision Wastewater Treatment Facility Draft Missouri State Operating Permit Public Comment Period, Aug. 21, 2026 to Sept. 21, 2026
The Crystal Beach Subdivision Homeowner's Association Inc. applied for authorization to either discharge to waters of the state, or to operate a no-discharge wastewater treatment facility. The department proposes to issue a Missouri State Operating Permit for the Crystal Beach Subdivision Wastewater Treatment Facility, subject to certain effluent limitations, schedules and special conditions. The department invites the public to review and offer written comments on the proposed permit conditions until Sept. 21, 2026.
