There is a $5 fee for each CRT computer monitor, $20 for each LED/ LCD/ Plasma television, $30 for each CRT television 26" and smaller, $50 for each CRT television 27" and larger and any size console/ LDP/ Rear Projection television and $10 for each Freon containing device.
