WW Wood Products Inc. submitted an application for authority to construct for its plant located in Dudley, Missouri. The department reviewed the application and proposes to issue a Permit to Construct. The application is for a volatile organic compound (VOC) Plantwide Applicability Limit (PAL). The department invites the public to review and submit written information, materials and views in support of or in opposition to the proposed permit until Jan. 20, 2025. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m.
