This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.

The city desires that Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of city contracts. The goals for this specific project are (15%) MBE participation and (14%) WBE participation.
