The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of Master General Permit MO-R23A000 for stormwater discharges from facilities engaged in chemical manufacturing operations. This permit authorizes discharges of stormwater which have not been impacted by wastewater from chemical manufacturing. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the current permit. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received about the current permit.
