The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to remove fee information associated with this rule for inclusion in a new rule 10 CSR 10-6.025. The department's Air Pollution Control Program seeks to consolidate all fee information from several rules, including this one, into a single rule for the ease of stakeholders to find and review fees for air program services.
