JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 7, 2022 – Join team members at Battle of Island Mound State Historic Site as they hike the 0.6-mile Courage Trail at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 23. Park representatives will share their knowledge about wildflowers that would have existed in the 1800s and that still are part of the landscape today.

Participants should meet at the Courage Trail and are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes and insect repellent.
