JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 23, 2022 – Have you wanted to take better pictures and improve your photography skills while exploring nature? The event, originally scheduled for June 15, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 6 due to excessive heat. Join the park naturalist at Cuivre River State Park at 6 p.m. to learn the basics of photography and how to get that perfect shot in nature.
This program is designed for beginner and casual photographers and will cover the basic skills using any camera device. Participants should meet at the Blazing Star trail head in the campground promptly at 6 p.m. to catch the “golden hour” lighting. Participants should bring their own photography device (camera, phone or tablet). Space is limited so call the park office at 636-528-7247 to register.
