JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAY 25, 2022 – Celebrate the 30th annual National Trails Day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 4 by participating in a scavenger hunt at Knob Noster State Park. Pick up a scavenger hunt list outside the visitor center on the west side porch and hit the trails in search of the listed items.
This self-guided program will send participants searching for spiders, birds, flowers and more while hiking the trails. See what you can find, take a picture and share your photos on the Knob Noster State Park Facebook page or by using hashtags #NationalTrailsDay and #NTDKnobNoster. Knob Noster State Park offers a variety of trails with varying distances and levels of difficulty for hiking. Visitors may also use the interior park roadways for accessibility in completing the hunt.
