Release Date

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MARCH 31, 2022  – Children ages three to 10 are invited to hunt for candy-filled eggs at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16 at Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site. The Easter egg hunt is free and open to the public.

Bring your own basket or bag and search for more than 1,500 candy-filled eggs. Children will be divided into four age groups during the hunt, and prizes will be awarded after the hunt.

The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others
