JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JULY 21, 2022 – The Missouri State Museum is hosting a Teaching American History seminar 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5.
Registration for this free daylong seminar is required. Participants will receive a letter of continuing education as well as digital and hard copies of the agenda and documents reader. Lunch will be provided.
The seminar’s topic will focus on African American women who have been foundational to the equality movement in the United States. The writings of these women who have championed for equality through history will be discussed.
