JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JAN. 28, 2022 – Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park hosts Tweets for Sweets at 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6 in celebration of National Bird Feeding Month. The public is invited to join the park team in creating treats for migratory winter birds.
Participants will learn how to make pine cone suet bird feeders and how to use recycled materials to make bird feeders. The event is free and open to the public. Participants should meet at the visitor center.
Registration is required and can be done by visiting icampmo1.usedirect.com/MSPWeb/Activities/Search.aspx and searching for the event.
The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.
