Release Date

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAR. 18, 2020 –  Team members at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park invite the public to take a wildflower hike from 10 a.m. to noon each Saturday from April 2 to May 14. 

Participants should meet at the Alta Shelter parking lot for a 1.25 mile guided hike on Hawthorn Trail. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather, bring water and wear sturdy shoes and insect repellent.

The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.
