JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 4, 2022 – Backyard concerts are back for 2022! Team members at Jefferson Landing State Historic Site are excited to invite you to another season of live music on the Lohman Lawn. 

This year, two new-to-Lohman artists will be introduced and an old favorite will be brought back. These concerts all begin at 7 p.m. and are family-friendly, BYOC (bring your own chair) events. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and picnic suppers for a night of music capturing Missouri’s music traditions both past and present. This summer’s lineup includes:

  • Saturday, June 18: Jerry Rabushka and Isaac Cherry. This duo brings ragtime to the Lohman stage, highlighting Missouri composers including Scott Joplin, James Scott, Irene Giblin and more.
  • Saturday, July 16: Ironweed Bluegrass Band. This group performs a unique mix of bluegrass and vintage country songs, with tunes about “trains, moonshine, dirt, heartache” and more.
  • Saturday, Aug. 27: Downstream. This acoustic trio plays a blend of Americana, folk, blues and original music.
