The department's Waters Resources Center invites the public to review and offer written comments on the proposed draft of its publication Landowner's Guide to Stream Management. Developed in coordination with the Missouri Farm Bureau, this guide is to be a resource for landowners encountering stream stability issues such as eroding banks, excessive gravel, property loss, and flood debris. It is not intended to be a definitive resource for regulatory guidance and should not be used as such.
