The village of Ludlow is receiving separate sealed bids for constructing sewerage connections to Southwest Livingston County R-1 School. Bids may be submitted at Ludlow City Hall, Office of the Clerk, located at 249 Main St., Ludlow, Missouri, until Monday, Sept. 30, 2024 at 11 a.m. local time. Bids also may be mail to Village of Ludlow, P.O. Box 215, Ludlow, MO 64656.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri. Neither the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, its divisions, nor its employees will be party to the contract at any tier.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Contract documents and specifications are available at Great River Engineering, 2826 S. Ingram Mill Road, Springfield, Missouri. Copies may be obtained through Great River Engineering upon payment of $75.00 for each set.

Instructions to Bidders
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside as a bid for provision of Sewerage Connections to Southwest Livingston County R-1 School. The outside of the envelope must also include the bidder's name, address, license number (if applicable). If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the village of Ludlow.
